Summer has finally hit Glasgow – and we’re pretty happy about it.
Yes, with temperatures soaring high above the 15 degrees and rain we’re used to, you could be forgiven for staying put; lounging in the park or the garden and pretending those ever-present clouds are as welcome as a little bit of mugginess.
But with so much going on in Glasgow – as ever – is it really worth missing it all to laze around? And let’s face it, it’ll probably rain anyway, promised heatwave or none.
Wednesday: Hero Worship – Superheroes often work alone – and there’s a one man show on at the CCA to prove it. After a successful run earlier this year, theatremaker Kenny Boyle is back for a Glasgow Comic Con performance of Hero Worship – a combination of storytelling and poetry following Anachronism, a superhero who doesn’t yet know what his superpower is.
